Management trainee 2024 Selection Process
The selection process of NFL recruitment management trainee 2024 is in three phase
1. OFFLINE OMR BASED EXAMINATION
Candidates will be required to attend an Offline OMR-Based objective test. The specific date, time, and venue for the test will be indicated on the Admit Card, which will be distributed to candidates well in advance of the test date.
2. PERSONAL INTERVIEW
Candidates’ performance in the Offline OMR-Based test will determine their eligibility for the next stage of the selection process. Those who qualify will be provisionally shortlisted for a personal interview at an approximate ratio of 1:5 (i.e., five candidates for each available position). Interview call letters for these shortlisted candidates will be sent to their registered email addresses. Additionally, notifications may be sent via SMS to their registered mobile numbers.
3. Merit List
Separate merit lists will be created for UR, SC, ST, OBC, PwBD, and EWS candidates, reflecting the number of vacancies available in each category. These lists will be based on the combined performance in both the Offline OMR-Based test and the personal interview, with the following weightages assigned:

- If there is still a tie (i.e., the qualifying exam percentages are also identical up to two decimal places), the date of birth will be considered, with the candidate born earlier being ranked higher in the merit list.
