Work experience
Ensure we bring in the best talent, we have specific work experience criteria:
- Relevant Work Experience: Your professional experience should be acquired after obtaining the relevant educational qualifications and must be in an in-line executive capacity.
- Management Trainee/G.E.T Experience: Work experience as a Management Trainee or Graduate Engineer Trainee will be considered only if you have been regularized in the same company.
- Exclusions: Apprenticeship training under the Apprentices Act, 1961, will not be counted as post-qualification in-line executive work experience
